Regarding issue: #47

Summary

Add math methods for necessary models.
Unite string formatting along all views.
Added possible menus in headers.
Added reactability in views (sorting).
QOL changes.
Observable property hooks binded with game model.
Stack solution to page navigation through UIFactory.
Make most components which are interactive or real time dependent to rely on a centralized source (UserSession).
